Shipping policy

Vine and Olive ships anywhere in the United States via USPS. We do not ship internationally at this time. We typically ship within 2-3 business days after orders are received. Please note: Peak holiday shipping times will potentially delay order processing and turnaround time up to 4-5 days. 
 
Shipping and delivery rates are calculated at the time of checkout. If you would like to place a bulk order, please email us at hello@vineandolives.com to receive a quote which will include bulk shipping and delivery rates. We do not ship internationally. 

Shipments are generally sent as follows:
Depending on your location, 750 ml bottles may be shipped as (1) 750 ml bottle, or (2) 375 ml bottles depending on supply availability. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery via USPS, though some shipments may take longer depending on your location.

  • Shipping hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm EST.
  • Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing, including orders requested for "In Store Pickup."
  • If an order is placed on Friday after 12 pm EST, it will not ship until the following Monday (and/or the next business day, in the event of the following Monday being a holiday).
  • In Store Pickup is free and available year round.
  • Once the package is in the possession of the Postal Service, Vine and Olive is not responsible for delays. Please note that postal pickup may be delayed according to their Holiday Schedule. 
  • Expedited shipping is available, however our shipping partners DO NOT provide a money back guarantee for deliveries to arrive within 3 days.  
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer shipping to recipients in Alaska or Hawaii.
  • We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided during checkout, we will attempt to contact you for an alternate address. 
  • For return shipments, please use the contact page to submit notice of any issues needing resolution. Do not ship returns to us unless directed to do so by a Vine and Olive representative.
  • To track the progress of an order, orders must be placed while logged into your customer account and/or the email provided must be a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent immediately following order placement to the email address provided. Please ensure the email is correctly entered, as this cannot be changed once the order is placed; entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being correctly issued. Once the prepared package is picked up by the carrier, an additional email will be sent to the same email address with tracking information. Tracking information/package status can be obtained from the carrier.
